Sierra Sales partners with a limited number of manufacturers, giving our sales engineers time to promote and sell your product line. Carrying a broad selection of complimentary products guarantees you'll benefit from leads and activities of our manufacturers.
Motivation & Commitment
We work on 100% commission. That's right, no dogging it on a base salary. Our sales engineers are driven by uncapped commission generated from sales in their assigned territory. Because each one of us is a significant shareholder of the corporation, we're here for the long term.
Sales & Marketing Management
Our strength is in the relationships we hold. That endeavor is supported by telemarketing, literature fulfillment, local advertising, and accounting personnel who help maximize our time meeting with customers.
We also produce a technical journal, TECH TALK, which is e-mailed to subscribers and our database bi-monthly. Tech Talk is a great way to present your products and technical papers to a large number of engineers, managers, and buyers in our territory.
